We offer free returns or exchanges within 25 days of purchase, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase.
Please retain your proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse you the cost of the return.
You can return your product for either store credit with the amount of your order or for a different product.

We are a company created in Medellín - Colombia in the 90's.
Since our start, we have grown and expanded our company significantly throughout South and Central America and United States.
